Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@bestpricebeauty.net.

Once the issue is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method at no additional cost to you. No return will be required unless specifically requested.

Eligibility for Defect Claims

To be eligible for a defect-related refund:

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personal care and cosmetic products once delivered, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Refunds will only be issued if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
